How far in advance should I order my shirt for BCT Family Day or Graduation?
We recommend placing your order at least 10 business days before you travel for BCT Family Day or Graduation.
For the best experience, we strongly recommend ordering during Week 4 of your Soldier's Basic Combat Training. This gives you plenty of time to receive your personalized shirt before your trip.
Here's our typical timeline:
- Order before 12:00 PM ET: Your shirt is made the same business day.
- Ships the next business day.
- Most orders arrive within 5 business days after shipping.
Although our production is fast, shipping carriers can sometimes experience delays due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other unexpected circumstances that are beyond our control. Ordering early helps ensure your personalized shirt arrives well before your travel date, giving you one less thing to worry about as you prepare to celebrate your Soldier.
