Because all Army Ohana shirts are made to order and customized specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong size
- personal preference
Please review sizing and customization details carefully before placing your order.
However, if your order arrives with:
- the wrong design or text,
- the wrong size sent by us,
- or a damaged/defective shirt,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.
