Products
All Army Ohana apparel is made to order on premium Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex shirts. They are customized using premium Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and typically ship within 2 business days for orders placed by 12 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
Because each item is made to order, slight variations in placement, sizing, or color may occur.
Care Instructions
To help preserve the design:
- Wash shirts inside out
- Use cold water
- Avoid high heat when drying
Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including size selections, shipping information, and customization text before completing checkout.
Because production begins quickly, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed.
Shipping
We offer $5.99 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
Personalized Tees typically ship within 2 business days for orders placed before 12 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
USPS delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Because all products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect customization information provided by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by Army Ohana (such as incorrect customization or the wrong item being shipped), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

All designs, images, logos, product listings, and website content are the property of Army Ohana and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Army Ohana is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, military mail procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
